How to turn off Lead processing

Aiva leads you temporarily pause new lead processing at any time in your account. You can use this feature to:

  • Temporarily pause new lead processing
  • Control your costs by making sure you don't go over your plan

Please note, if you pause new lead processing, your account will ONLY pause till your current billing cycle resets. It will automatically turn on again once your current cycle ends.


In order to Turn Off Lead Processing for your account, follow the steps below:

Step 1: Head over to your billing page by clicking on Account, then clicking on the Billing tab

Step 2: On the right-hand side under the Plan Usage section, click "Turn off Until Quota Resets" to turn off lead processing:

Step 3: Verify that new lead processing is off by checking the red notification message:
