Chime Leads

This article talks about how to set up Aiva with Chime. You need to make sure you follow these steps for EACH USER on your team so 

1. Login to your Chime CRM account

2. Click the ' Settings' gear icon on the top navigation bar

3. All the way to the left below Settings, click User, then click Preferences under Settings

4. Click on the Add an Email button, copy/past in your address which you can find here, and hit enter to save

5. Click on Notifications, then make sure the New Lead Alert notification is turned on

6. Now make sure to follow Steps 1 to 5 for EACH USER on your team so we receive all their leads
